Generally, the App uses the following method for mutations in overviews.

In this overview, you can select the car you are currently driving and that you wish to register for.

Rides

The rides overview shows your registered rides sorted by date and the total counter. There is a visual representation of the course of the rides and which types of rides you made.

With uninterrupted registration you will see a continuous vertical timeline. If you had an interruption in the total counter, for instance because you do not register every ride, you can indicate a starting point registration upon registering. This is preferably done before you begin a new ride. The App indicates this through an interruption in the vertical timeline.

When registering a ride, the following steps are taken.

  1. If there is a previously registered ride, the screen will be pre-filled with the last total counter number + 1.

When there has been an interruption of the total counter, you can indicate this by turning on Starting Point. For continuous ride registration, you will not need to use this option.

Validation is applied to see whether the date and total counter values fit the existing registered rides. If this is not the case, the input is made red and you cannot record the registration.

Fuel stops

The fuel stops overview shows your registered fuel stops sorted by date and total counter. There is a visual representation of the course of fuel stops.

Fuel stops that have been marked for a full tank are indicated with a dot. If a fuel stop is not marked as full, the values are taken into consideration in the calculation for the following fuel stop that has been marked as full. You will then see a connection between the fuel stops.

When registering a fuel stop, the following steps are taken.

  1. If a fuel stop has been registered previously, the screen will be pre-filled with the last total counter number + 1.

If you have filled up the gas tank, you can indicate this by turning on Tank full. This serves as a benchmark for the calculation of averages. A tank stop that does not have a full tank is added to the following full tank in the calculations.

Validation is applied to see whether the date and total counter values fit the existing fuel stops. If this is not the case, the input is made red and you cannot record the registration.
